About the product
・This product is a recruitment-type project trip. Please be sure to check the travel contract terms and conditions and travel terms.
・There is a minimum number of people to run.
- Guides to tour guides and interpreters will not be accompanied.

・Please apply using the reservation form on our website by 24:00 7 days before the date of use.
-Flights that do not have a reservation by the deadline will be suspended.
・If there are seats available even after the deadline, you can make a reservation. Please contact us using the dedicated form for operation status.
- There is no limit to the number of people until the deadline. The number of vehicles will be adjusted according to the number of people booked at the deadline.

・Travel fees include consumption tax and are per person.
・There is no charge for children. Children over the age of 4 must reserve a seat.
・Children under 3 years old can use the service for free if they do not need a seat. If you need a seat, please make a reservation.
・The cancellation policy is as follows:

About transfer times　
[Bus departing from New Chitose Airport]
The time required for a transfer varies depending on the arrival and departure terminal. Please make a reservation using the following guidelines:
・Arrive at the domestic terminal →Departure from the domestic terminal: 45 minutes or more
・Arrive at the international terminal →Departure from the international terminal: 90 minutes or more
・Arrive at the international terminal →Departure from the domestic terminal: 120 minutes or more

The estimated duration for flight transfers is as follows:
・If you are transferring to a domestic flight: 50 minutes or more
・If you are transferring to an international flight: 90 minutes or more

・The bus will depart on time. Please apply with plenty of time to avoid delaying the meeting time.

Meeting and Chick-in time and location
・If you are unable to arrive at the meeting place by the meeting time, you will not be able to board the bus you reserved.
・Bus will not stop at boarding locations where there is no reservation. Please be sure to come to the meeting place where you registered.
・When accepting reservations, please let the staff know your name and reservation ID at the time of booking.

・If you are unable to board the bus you booked due to a delay in your airmail, etc.
We will transfer to the next flight where there are available seats.
If the bus that you were unable to board is the last flight, or if you cannot transfer on the same day, the transfer will be transferred to the next day.
You will be responsible for any arrangements and costs associated with changes to other means of transportation.
Please note that refunds for bus fees that have already been paid will be handled based on the cancellation policy.

Regarding luggage and other items　
- Up to two items will be stored in the bus trunk per person. Please contact us in advance if you have any additional items.
Example: One suitcase or one set of ski, snowboard or golf bag
- Be sure to store skis, stocks and snowboards in the case.
- Large and special luggage such as snow scooters and bicycles cannot be brought into the car or stored in the trunk as there is a risk of damage.
-To protect the vehicle, you cannot ride while wearing ski boots or snowboarding hard boots.
- Animals such as pets cannot be brought into the car. * "Pet" refers to all animals except for assistance dogs.
However, if you are bringing assistance dogs for the disabled, such as guide dogs or hearing dogs, or assistance dogs with the same abilities, please consult in advance.

About operation
・The shuttle departing from New Chitose Airport will make a 10-minute stop for a short break at the halfway point on its way to Rusutsu. (However, this only applies during the facilities' operating hours.)
The shuttle departing from Rusutsu Resort does not make any stops.
-Due to circumstances, taxis, jumbo taxis, minibuses, etc. may be operated.
-Due to road conditions, weather, and air schedules, departure times and routes may change, arrival delays, or suspension of service may occur.
・If safe operation is not possible, we may guide you to other transportation such as JR.
