Does the bus ever get full?
Yes. After the deadline, buses may be fully booked or canceled. We recommend making your reservation before the deadline, as you may not be able to board the bus of your choice.
Can I change or cancel my bus reservation?
Yes, we do accept changes and cancellations after making a reservation. There is no cancellation fee as the bus fare is free, but please be sure to contact us.

Can I still make a reservation even though the reservation deadline has passed?
Reservations can still be made if seats are available even after the deadline.
Online reservations will not be accepted after the reservation deadline. Please submit the inquiry form at the link below to check for available seats.
Can I change the bus reservations even after the reservation deadline?
You may change your reservation as long as the bus is operating and seats are available.

I haven't received a reservation confirmation by email. What should I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will check if your reservation has been completed. Please use the link below to submit the inquiry form.

The main reasons why emails don't arrive are as follows:
It's sorted into the spam folder
→ Please check your spam folder.
Error registering your email address.
→ Please check that there are no errors in the email address you entered.
Mail server delays or problems
→ Due to a temporary communication failure, email delivery may be delayed.
Configuring domain-specific reception
→ Please check your settings to receive emails from "@bigruns.com".
Reservations are not completed.
→ Your reservation process may have been interrupted. Please contact us using the inquiry form.
Regarding luggage and other items
Can I check my luggage?
Luggage cannot be checked at the Bigruns counter before boarding the bus.
Any size that is difficult to carry in your car as baggage will be stored in the bus trunk when boarding. Please follow the staff's instructions to leave your item there.
How many pieces of luggage can each person check?
A maximum of 2 pieces of luggage per person can be stored in the trunk of the bus.
Example: one suitcase or one set of ski, snowboard, or golf bags.
Please contact us in advance if you have any additional items.
Due to limited space, please confirm in advance.
Do skis and snowboards need to be in a case or bag?
For the comfort of other passengers and to prevent any damage to your skis or snowboard, please make sure they are stored in their cases or bags.
Please note that we are not responsible if your luggage is damaged or causes damage to other customers' luggage.
Can I board the bus wearing ski or snowboard boots?
For safety reasons, wearing ski boots or hard snowboard boots is prohibited.
We kindly ask that you change into regular shoes before boarding.
What should I do if I left something on the bus?

If found, you can either pick it up directly or we will ship it to you by cash on delivery if you are within Japan.
Please note that we do not have refrigeration or freezer facilities. For hygiene reasons, any perishable, refrigerated, or frozen items, as well as partially eaten or opened food and beverages, will be disposed of the day after they are found.

About operation
Is only one bus operated?
No. The number of buses may vary depending on the total number of passengers at the time reservations close. A large bus has a capacity of around 40 passengers.
Are the bus reserved seats?
The bus offers non-reserved seating.
We cannot reserve or guarantee seating, so please feel free to choose any available seats.
Are there any breaks during the trip?

The bus will make a short 10-minute stop halfway through the journey.
・From Rusutsu Resort:
There will be no scheduled breaks during the trip.
Does the bus have a restroom?
There is no restroom on board.
Please make sure to use the facilities before departure.
Note: The availability of rest stops varies depending on the route, as shown below:

Does the bus arrive on schedule?
Yes, the bus usually arrives on time. However, delays may occur due to road conditions, weather, or flight schedule changes.
As safety is our top priority, we would recommend that you allow extra time in your schedule.
Can I eat or drink on the bus?
You may eat and drink on board.
However, please refrain from the following out of consideration for other passengers:
・Bringing or consuming food with a strong odor
・Boarding the bus while intoxicated (Passengers who are heavily intoxicated may be refused boarding.)
Please dispose of any trash generated inside the vehicle by yourself.
I get motion sickness easily. Can I choose my preferred seat?
The bus has non-reserved seating, and we are unable to guarantee specific seats.
