Is the bus always full?
yes. The venue may be full and you may not be able to board the bus you wish to use, so we recommend booking by the deadline.
Can I change or cancel my bus reservation?
Yes, we accept changes or cancellations after booking. In such cases, a fee will be charged based on the cancellation policy.

Is there a fee for changing my reservation?
It depends on the changes.
No fees will be charged for changes to the date of use.
However, if you would like to change to a date prior to the date of use or change the number of guests, a fee may be charged based on the cancellation policy.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes, we accept receipts.

The bus timetable is not displayed on the homepage.
If you are using a smartphone, the timetable may not fit on the screen and some parts may not be visible.
In this case, you can scroll the screen sideways to see all times.
I've passed the reservation deadline, but can I use the bus?
Reservations are available as long as there are trains and there are available seats.
We will not be able to accept reservations online after the reservation deadline, so please submit the inquiry form using the link below to check availability.
Can I change the bus service even after the reservation deadline?
As long as there are trains and there are available seats, you can change the number of seats.

Can I ride on the day of use?
You can board as long as there are trains and there are available seats, but online reservations are not possible.
Please come to Big Runs Desk or Rusutsu Resort Information at least before meeting time to check availability.

I haven't received an email with reservation completion. What should I do?

The main reasons why emails don't arrive are as follows:
It is sorted into the spam folder or the incoming folder is insufficient space, etc.

Error registering your email address
→ Please check that there are no errors in the email address you entered.
Mail server delays or problems
→ Due to a temporary communication failure, email delivery may be delayed.
Configuring domain-specific reception

Reservations are not completed
→ The reservation process may have ended in the middle of the day. Please check the inquiry form.
Are there any children's fees and discounts for people with disabilities?
■ About children's fees
There is no child fee.
However, if children under 3 years old do not use their seats, there is no charge.
In this case, please sit on the parent's lap.
■ Discounts for people with disabilities
There is no discount for people with disabilities.
About transfer times
The plane arrives 30 minutes before the bus departure time. Will it be in time?
The meeting time is 20 minutes before the bus departure time.
Considering the time it takes to collect your baggage and travel to the meeting place, there is a possibility that you may not be able to make it in time.
For an estimate of transfer times, please refer to the following and use this as a reference when making a reservation.
・Arrive at the domestic terminal →Departure from the domestic terminal: 45 minutes or more
・Arrive at the international terminal →Departure from the international terminal: 90 minutes or more
・Arrive at the international terminal →Departure from the domestic terminal: 120 minutes or more
*The time required for transfers will vary depending on the arrival terminal and departure terminal.
Meeting time and meeting location
What should I do if I can't make it to the bus I reserved in time?
If you are unable to board the bus you have reserved, we will inform you of the next flight with available seats. If the last flight you were unable to board, or if you cannot transfer the flight on the same day, we will inform you of the next day.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for any arrangements and costs associated with changes to other means of transportation.
Regarding luggage etc.
Can I check my luggage?
You cannot reserve your order at the counter before the bus departure time.
Any size that is difficult to carry in your car as baggage will be stored in the bus trunk when boarding. Please follow the staff's instructions to leave your order.
How many bags can I store at least one person?
Up to two items will be stored in the bus trunk per person.
Example: one suitcase or one set of ski, snowboard or golf bags.
Please contact us in advance if you have any additional items.
There is a limited space, so please help us with your confirmation in advance.
Do I have to put my skis and snowboards in the cover?
To take care of other customers and to prevent damage to the board, please be sure to store it in the cover.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the luggage you have stored or if it affects the damage to other customers' luggage.
Can I ride with ski/snowboard boots?
To protect your vehicle, we do not allow you to ride while wearing ski boots or hard snowboard boots.
When riding, please change into regular shoes.
I forgot something on the bus.

If you find a lost item, you can either pick it up directly or we will ship it by cash on delivery if it is within Japan.
There are no refrigerated or frozen facilities. For hygiene reasons, refrigerated, frozen, edible, or drinkable items will be disposed of the day after the start of storage.

About operation
Is there only one bus?
no. The vehicle will be adjusted according to the number of people at the time of reservation deadline, so it may not be a single vehicle. One large bus will have a capacity of 40 people.
Are the bus reserved seats?
The bus is provided with unreserved seats.
We cannot reserve or guarantee seating, so please feel free to choose any available seats.
Are there any breaks?
It is as follows:
・Flights departing from New Chitose Airport
The train will stop for about 10 minutes in the middle for a restroom break.
・Flights from Rusutsu Resort
There are no breaks along the way.
Does the bathroom have a toilet?
There are no toilet facilities in the car.
Please complete this before you leave.

Will the bus arrive as planned?
Due to road conditions, weather and air schedules, there may be delays in arrival times.
Safety is our top priority, so we recommend that you plan ahead with plenty of time.
Can I eat and drink in the car?
You are free to eat and drink in the car, but please refrain from the following actions that may cause inconvenience to other customers.
・Bringing food and drinks with strong smells and eating
・Ride while drunk (drunk) may not be permitted.
In addition, we ask that you cooperate in disposing of any waste generated inside the vehicle yourself.
I get motion sickness so can I get the seat I want?
The train is informed to have unreserved seats, so we cannot guarantee that there are seats.
When boarding, please choose a seat that suits your physical condition from the available seats.
