Reservations and cancellations

Yes. After the deadline, buses may be fully booked or canceled. We recommend making your reservation before the deadline, as you may not be able to board the bus of your choice.

Yes, you can change or cancel your reservation after it has been made. In such cases, a fee will be charged based on the cancellation policy.

It depends on the changes.
No fees will be charged for changes to the date of use.
However, if you would like to change to a date prior to the date of use or change the number of guests, a fee may be charged based on the cancellation policy.

Yes, a receipt can be issued.

The main reasons why emails don't arrive are as follows:

It is sorted into the spam folder, the incoming folder has insufficient space, or other reasons.
→ Please check the settings for the folders and other items.

Error registering your email address.
→ Please check that there are no errors in the email address you entered.

Mail server delays or problems
→ Due to a temporary communication failure, email delivery may be delayed.

Configuring domain-specific reception
→ Please check your settings to receive emails from "@bigruns.com".

Reservations are not completed.
→ Your reservation process may have been interrupted. Please contact us using the inquiry form.

■ About children's fees
There is no child fee.
However, if children under 3 years old do not use their seats, there is no charge.
In this case, please sit on the parent's lap.

■ Discounts for people with disabilities
There is no discount for people with disabilities.

About transfer times

The meeting and check-in time is 20 minutes before the bus departure time.
Considering the time it takes to collect your baggage and travel to the meeting Check-in place, you may not be able to make it in time.
For an estimate of transfer times, please refer to the following and use this as a reference when making a reservation.
・Arrive at the domestic terminal →Departure from the domestic terminal: 45 minutes or more
・Arrive at the international terminal →Departure from the international terminal: 90 minutes or more
・Arrive at the international terminal →Departure from the domestic terminal: 120 minutes or more
*The time required for transfers will vary depending on the arrival terminal and departure terminal.

Meeting and Chick-in time and location

If you miss the shuttle you have reserved, we will inform you of the next shuttle with available seats. If you were unable to board the last shuttle or cannot transfer on the same day, we will notify you of the next available shuttle.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for any arrangements and costs associated with changes to other means of transportation.

Regarding luggage and other items

Luggage cannot be checked at the Bigruns counter before boarding the bus.
If your luggage is too large to be carried on board, please place it in the bus trunk at the time of boarding. Please follow the guidance of our staff when checking in your baggage.

Up to two items will be stored in the bus trunk per person.
Example: one suitcase or one set of ski, snowboard, or golf bags.

Please contact us in advance if you have any additional items.
Due to limited space, please confirm in advance.

For the comfort of other passengers and to prevent any damage to your skis or snowboard, please make sure they are stored in their cases or bags.
Please note that we are not responsible if your luggage is damaged or causes damage to other customers' luggage.

For safety reasons, wearing ski boots or hard snowboard boots is prohibited.
We kindly ask that you change into regular shoes before boarding.

We will do our best to locate your lost item. Please provide details about the item and the bus you were on by submitting the inquiry form below.

If your lost item is found, you can either collect it in person or have it sent to you by cash-on-delivery service within Japan.
Please note that we do not have refrigeration or freezer facilities. For hygiene reasons, any perishable, refrigerated, or frozen items, as well as partially eaten or opened food and beverages, will be disposed of the day after they are found.

About operation

No. The number of buses may vary depending on the total number of passengers at the time reservations close. A large bus has a capacity of around 40 passengers.

The bus offers non-reserved seating.
We cannot reserve or guarantee seating, so please feel free to choose any available seats.

The bus will make a short 10-minute stop halfway through the journey.

・From Rusutsu Resort:
There will be no scheduled breaks during the trip.

There is no restroom on board.
Please make sure to use the facilities before departure.

Yes, the bus usually arrives on time. However, delays may occur due to road conditions, weather, or flight schedule changes.
As safety is our top priority, we would recommend that you allow extra time in your schedule.

You may eat and drink on board. However, please refrain from the following out of consideration for other passengers:
・Bringing or consuming food with a strong odor
・Boarding the bus while intoxicated (Passengers who are heavily intoxicated may be refused boarding.)
We also kindly ask that you take your own trash with you when you leave the bus.
