For cancellations, the following cancellation fees will be charged depending on the date of cancellation.

  • *Reservation will be completed upon sending a reservation completion email.
  • * Bringing items to the bus will be limited to luggage (changes, etc.) for accommodation. Please note that we cannot bring or store bicycles or other items in your order. Please note that pets and other animals cannot be brought into the car.
  • *“Pets” refer to all animals except for certified service dogs such as guide dogs or hearing dogs.
  • *You cannot store luggage at Kamori Building, the departure location of Sapporo.
  • *If you wish to cancel, please be sure to contact the following enquiries by 5:00 pm the day before boarding.
  • *If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fee will be charged depending on the cancellation date.
