[Reception location/hours] Kamori Building ③, 1 Kita 4-jo Nishi 4-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo *2 minutes walk from the south exit of Sapporo Station. It is located southeast of Asty 45 and south of Hotel Gracery Sapporo.
Please check in at the counter at the 1st floor of Kamori Building before boarding. Please complete the bathroom and board the bus.

・This bus is a bus departing and arriving in Sapporo, managed by Rusutsu Resort.
-For customers using Rusutsu Resort.
1. Guests staying at a hotel at Rusutsu Resort
(Rusutsu Resort Hotel & Convention, The Westin Rusutsu Resort, The Vale Rusutsu)
2. Customers who use Rusutsu Resort facilities (ski resorts, amusement parks, golf courses, activities, etc.) on a day trip
*Even if you stay at a nearby accommodation or live nearby, those who do not use Rusutsu Resort facilities are not permitted to board the train.
・Advance reservations are required.
・Bus fees are free.
Reservation registration
・Please apply by 3:00pm the day before the day of use using the reservation form on the official website.
・Only online reservations are accepted.
・The number of vehicles will be adjusted according to the number of people booked at the deadline and operated.
-If it is difficult to arrange vehicles during busy periods, etc., we may limit the number of people.
-Flights without reservations by the deadline will be suspended.
・Reservations can be made if there are vacant seats even after the deadline. Please contact us using the dedicated form for operation status.

Regarding luggage and other items
・Up to two items per person will be kept in the bus trunk. If you have any additional items, please contact us in advance.
Example: One suitcase or one set of ski, snowboard or golf bag
- Be sure to store skis, stocks and snowboards in the case.
Please note that we are not responsible if your luggage is damaged or causes damage to other customers' luggage.
- Large and special luggage such as snow scooters and bicycles cannot be brought into the car or stored in the trunk as there is a risk of damage.
-To protect the vehicle, you cannot ride while wearing ski boots or snowboarding hard boots.
- Animals such as pets cannot be brought into the car. * "Pet" refers to all animals except for assistance dogs.
However, if you are bringing assistance dogs for the disabled, such as guide dogs or hearing dogs, or assistance dogs with the same abilities, please consult in advance.

・When accepting reservations, please let the staff know your name and reservation ID at the time of booking.
・If you are unable to come to the meeting place by the closing time, you will not be able to board the bus you reserved.
・Bus will not stop at boarding locations where there is no reservation. Please be sure to come to the meeting place where you registered.

・The travel time is approximately 2 hours.
- Flights departing from Sapporo will stop for about 10 minutes in the middle for a restroom break.
The shuttle departing from Rusutsu Resort does not make any stops.
-Due to circumstances, taxis, jumbo taxis, minibuses, etc. may be operated.
-Depending on road conditions and weather conditions, departure times and operation routes may change, arrival delays, or suspension of service may occur.
・If safe operation is not possible, we may guide you to other transportation such as JR.
