Sapporo City Designated Hotel ⇔ Sapporo Teine
Advance reservation is required / Fare charged bus

Operations for the 2024 winter have ended.

We will be selling great deals such as a round-trip bus fee and lift fee for the Big Runs bus that directly connects major hotels in Sapporo with Sapporo Teine.

Please apply by 6pm 10 days before the date of use using the "Reservation on the Site" form at the bottom of the page.
・Advance payment will be made by credit card.
・You will receive a exchange ticket when you board the bus, so after arriving at Teine, please receive your lift/gondola ticket and return bus ticket at the ski resort ticket store.
・You can use the service even if you are not staying at a hotel at the bus stop. Please choose the nearest hotel.

*The venue will not be fully booked until 6pm 10 days ago. We will operate with an increase in the number of vehicles depending on the number of people booked.
*Flights that do not apply by 6pm 10 days in advance will be suspended.
*Reservations will be accepted online until 9am two days in advance as long as there are available seats. Credit card payment will be made in advance.
*After 9:00am, two days ago, please check availability by email or phone.

*Reservations can be made through advance payments, but an additional 300 yen will be charged.
*If you wish to go to another area on the way there and back, you will be charged one-way fee.
*Reservations cannot be made by email or phone only when using the bus. Online reservations and advance payments are only accepted.

Reservations can be made by payment other than advance payment, but an additional 300 yen will be charged.

If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fee will be charged depending on the cancellation date.
7 days to 2 days before the travel date 30% of the travel fee
1 day before the travel date 40% of the travel fee
50% of the travel fee on the day of travel (before departure)
On the day of the trip (after departure) or for non-participation without notice: 100% of the trip fee

Precautions
  • *The minimum number of personnel will not be accompanied by one tour guide.
  • * Consumption tax included, per person charge.
  • *Please note that reservations will be accepted until 6:00pm 10 days before the date of use. As reservations are required, flights without advance reservations will not be operated.
  • *Additional charges will apply if you are on and off at a stop in another area on your way in and back.
  • *We generally do not wait for customers who do not gather after the reception hours have passed.
  • *We will strive to operate on time, but there may be delays or cancellations in operation due to road conditions, weather conditions, etc.
  • *Bus schedules and operation routes may be changed without notice due to safety of the event, weather conditions, and changes to air schedules.
  • *Due to circumstances, flights 4401 and 4403, and flights 4402 and 4404 may be operated on one bus.
  • * Due to circumstances, the course may change or the service may be operated by jumbo taxi or taxi.
  • * Bringing items to the bus will be limited to skiing, snowboarding, and accommodation luggage (changes, etc.). Please note that we cannot bring or store snow scooters, bicycles, etc. Please note that pets and other animals cannot be brought into the car. We do not accept rides with ski boots or snowboarding hard boots.
  • *"Pet" refers to all animals except for assistance dogs for the disabled, such as guide dogs and hearing dogs, and dogs with equivalent abilities.
  • *If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fee will be charged depending on the cancellation date. 30% 7 to 2 days before the travel date, 40% of the travel fee on the day before the booking flight, 50% of the travel fee on the day of the trip (before departure), 100% of the travel fee on the day of the trip (after departure) or no contact or participation
